  This is not the shining star it's cracked up to be. I also lived here for Apox. 3+ years off and on, I was also in the safe center for a few years as well. I was not treated well there. I was not the type of kid to misbehave as I found it was easier to follow direction in places like this, and yet again and again I was getting punished and put in to painful "holds" because me sitting at teh table not wanting to eat my food was "dangerous" to the other kids and needed to be punished. I was put on impules contorll pills at the age of 9 for getting out of bed at night... and when I was having hard time with the foster home they put me in and had to come back the gave me the bad person treatment.... like the abusive situation they put me in was my fault and I had to run the large hill up and down till I passed out and was dragged back to the starting place and told to start again. I only got a half a stale pb and j twice a day.... this place was hell back from 1998 - 2001
